Matthew D. Landau

Matthew D. Landau is a senior and founding partner of The Landau Law Group, P.A. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida College of Law, where he received top honors by obtaining membership on the Dean’s list as well as Moot Court.  Mr. Landau was selected as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Barbara S. Levenson.

Since opening the Firm over a dozen years ago Mr. Landau has developed a litigation practice that includes numerous jury trials, bench trials, mediations, arbitrations, and lump-sum negotiations with insurance companies.

Mr. Landau has successfully resolved thousands of injury cases and obtained recoveries for his clients in the multi-millions.  Mr. Landau is a tenacious Plaintiff’s advocate.  He is dedicated to fighting for the rights of all injured persons and medical providers and works tirelessly to obtain maximum results on his client’s behalf.

Mr. Landau is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the Federal Bar for the United States District Court, a member of the Florida Justice Association, The Palm Beach, Broward, and Dade County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.   Mr. Landau is also a certified arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association and has been distinguished as a “Soaring Eagle” with the Florida Justice Association.
