Eric M. Fischer
Mr. Fischer started his legal career working for the U.S. Small Business Administration in conjunction with FEMA following Hurricane Andrew. He spent months meeting with victims of the devastating storm analyzing their losses and disbursing millions of dollars in aid.
Subsequent to that, Mr. Fischer was Legal Counsel for a national property management firm and served as Chief Operating Officer for a construction company, overseeing business development, project management, and bid and contract administration.
Later, Mr. Fischer served as Senior Legal Counsel for a national real estate development firm where for over a decade he was responsible for a variety of legal matters including development, construction, project finance, acquisition and disposition of assets, as well as contract, lease and management documentation.
Currently, Mr. Fischer manages a large portfolio of residential properties for himself and third parties. Focusing on all aspects of property ownership including risk management and renovations.
He graduated with honors from the University of Miami with a B.B.A. in Finance and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami Law School in 1992. Mr. Fischer is a member of the Florida Bar and holds a Florida Real Estate Broker’s License. A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Mr. Fischer has lived in Florida since 1980.
